This humble herb is a) antibiofilm - it kills the walls of bacteria b) antifungal - kills fungus c) antileishmanial - kills parasites, d) antiviral, and e) anticancer. It's a natural expectorant. So when you make soups, add thyme.  Consider thyme tea or toss it on your salad. You'll be glad you took time for thyme.
